Light track workout

As part of the taper week today's track workout was on the light side. 400m at 5k pace followed by 400m at 20 seconds slower pace, for 8 laps total.
Felt great and could have gone faster but I kept Sunday in mind.
Did my usual stretching and had a session of body work with Thomas Stephens later in the morning.
Weight 143.8 body fat 12%
