short track workout
Slightly shorter workout.
1000 (200), 600 (200), two sets of: 400 (on 2:30), 200 (200)
Odd number splits are the active intervals and even numbers are the recovery intervals. Still running in the B group as it has longer recovery periods but I should switch to the tougher A group within a couple of weeks.
1 lap cool down, no stretching post run - had to get to work
weight 149 body fat 13.5%
