As a result I decided to run the Tuesday track workout.
My Garmin watch froze during the workout so now split times to look at. The workout for the B group was 3x 800m at 10k pace (start each 800m on 5 mins) followed by a 400m jog followed by 3x 800m at 5k pace (start each 800m on 5 mins).
Ran the first 3 800's at 3:10 pace and stepped it up for the second set running each one quicker and ending with a 2:50 for the last 800m.
Legs felt great considering yesterday's workout and the entire workout felt comfortable.
