kees hill repeats on the dipsea course
Hill repeats have switched to the Dipsea course and we used various sections of Walsh Drive for the workout.
Short warm up was followed by repeats of differing length and intensity.
Great workout which helped in becoming familiar with that section of the course. Ran with road shoes but will probably switch to trail shoes next week.
No post workout cool down. 30 min stretch routine
weight: 146.6 body fat: 13.5%
