thursday track workout


Rainy repeat 800m's


Warm-up: 
6 x 100 (100), 2 x 300 (100), 1 x 600 (200), 4 x 200 (200) (recovery in brackets)
Following that a 4 x 800 relay with a partner. 


The relay recovery interval was the time it took your partner to run their 800m. For me that worked out to about 3:25


2 lap cool down before heading off to work. No post stretching
