thursday track workout


Back running after 4 days off due to work commitments (I was stuck in the mountains with 15 inches of snow!)
Ran with the A group for the first time this year and felt good - especially since I had not been at sea level for four days.


Two sets of: 1000 (200), 600 (200), 400 (on 2′), 2 x 200 (200)


4 lap cool down followed by stretch routine
Weight: 147  body fat: 13.5%
