A group workout:
YASSO 800’s (400): 10 x 800 (400) 2.5 min recovery 400m between each.
Felt comfortable the entire workout. Coach Kees told me to run a little more upright which helped with the breathing.
I also concentrated on running from my hips and visualizing all the power coming from them.
One mile warm up and cool down. 30 minute stretching/roller before and after.
